Importing Room Images into ProSelect

Once your client has uploaded their rooms, bring them straight into ProSelect as “Album Rooms”, saved in the client's album file. Open ProSelect and follow these steps:

  1. Go to Resources > Setup Rooms to open the Setup Room Images window.

  2. Select the Album tab.

  3. Click the SendMyRooms button.

  4. In the Search SendMyRooms.com window, find your client's images one of three ways:

    1. All Viewings — lists every client. Click Search.
    2. Client from this album — if you've already entered a client's name in this album's Setup Clients window, pick them from the drop-down and click Search.
    3. Another Name — type a full or partial name and click Search.

  5. Click a client's name in the results on the left to preview the rooms they've uploaded.

  6. Select the images you want — or use Check All to grab every room.

  7. Click Download Rooms to add them to your currently open ProSelect Album file.

  8. The rooms are now in the Client Album — calibrate them just as you would any other Album room.
