Verifying Your Email Address

Verify your business email address so SendMyRooms™ can send invitations from your own address, and let clients reply straight to you.

  1. On the Settings page, click the Verify Now button to have Amazon send you a verification email.

  2. The Send Verification Email window opens. Click Send Now.

  3. Log into your email and find the message from Amazon Web Services — allow up to 15 minutes for it to arrive. Click the “long link” inside it.

  4. Amazon confirms your email address is verified. There's no need to register or sign up for anything else on that page.

  5. Return to the SendMyRooms™ Settings page and click Completed on the dialog window.

  6. SendMyRooms™ checks that Amazon has verified your email and updates your status to Verified. From then on, all emails to your clients go via this system.

Until you verify your business email address, SendMyRooms™ sends from its own server instead. The FROM address becomes “UN-MONITORED@sendmyrooms.com”, with your Business Email set as the REPLY TO address.

We don't recommend leaving it this way — these emails are more likely to be treated as spam and may never reach your clients.

Either way, you can still have the email's content copied into your own Email App so you can review and send it yourself.
