Creating a Direct Link

Want to give clients access through your own CRM system instead of sending an invitation from ProSelect? Generate a direct SendMyRooms™ link using a modified template.

Step 1: Edit an SMR Invite Template

1. In ProSelect, go to Orders > SendMyRooms™ > Open Management Area.

2. In SendMyRooms™, go to Settings > Manage Templates.

3. Edit the "Invitation Email Template."

   

4. Delete the email's contents, then click the [VAL] drop-down and choose "SMR Auto Login URL" — this leaves the template containing just [DIRECT_LINK].

   

5. Click Save Changes.

Step 2: Generate the Direct Link

1. In ProSelect, open your Album.

2. Go to Orders > SendMyRooms > Send Invitation.

3. Fill in the client's information.

4. Click "Send Invitation."

5. From the Template drop-down on the next screen, choose the template you just modified (Invitation).

6. Click "Show Preview."

7. Copy the direct_login_link shown in the preview.

   

8. Click "Cancel" — this stops the email from actually being sent to the client.

Step 3: Use the Link in Your CRM or Email

Paste the copied link into your CRM software. Your client can now access SendMyRooms™ directly through it.
