About SendMyRooms
SendMyRooms™ is a simple, separately-branded website that lets your clients photograph their own walls and send the photos straight to you — ready to use as background rooms in your ProSelect sales session. It's free to use for every ProSelect user with a current subscription.
It's an easy way to get your clients involved in their photography session before it even happens. You send an invitation, they take a few photos on their phone, and the images land in your ProSelect album ready to calibrate and use. New to SendMyRooms? See how it works, start to finish.
- Send invitations straight from ProSelect, or from your ProStudioSoftware.com account.
- Ready-made email templates you can use as-is or customize for your studio.
- Clients get a short video showing them how to photograph and upload their rooms.
- Downloaded rooms can be cropped or tilt-adjusted right inside ProSelect.
This is what your clients see. They open the link in their invitation, watch a short tutorial video, then photograph and upload their rooms — no app to install, everything happens in their phone's browser.
Clients without an invitation link can still get in — they just enter their ID Code and Password on the SendMyRooms.com login page. The ID code is generated automatically for each viewing; the password is one you set, shared by all your clients (by default, the last four digits of your contact phone number).
Try it yourself — the best way to see how the Client Area works is to send yourself an invitation and use the site as if you were a client. Upload a few images, then download them into ProSelect.
This is where you send invitations, keep track of clients, and download their room images. Once you've linked your ProStudio Software account, you can get to it two ways:
- Your ProStudioSoftware.com account, under the My Extras tab.
- In ProSelect, via Orders > SendMyRooms > Management Area.
