Error saving album file
If when saving a ProSelect album file (.psa) you receive an error message and code, then the most common causes are:
- The file (or folder) has been renamed while the album file (.psa) was still open in ProSelect. You could try renaming the file or folder back.
- The file is being opened/saved on a flash/thumb drive. We always recommend copying the file to your hard drive first then opening it in ProSelect.
- The computer going to sleep before closing the album (loses connection with the album file)
- The file was opened over a network, and the network connection was lost.
- Opening the file directly from a Dropbox folder or similar.
