Guild Canvas Company

Some supplier collections require specific setup steps or usage tips to ensure they work correctly in ProSelect. These notes may include details about setup, cropping, pricing, or how to best present the products to your clients.
Before using the items in this collection, take a moment to read the notes in the accordion below. It contains helpful guidance to save you time and help you get the most from the collection.
Updating Collection Notes
If you have previously downloaded and installed the Guild Canvas Collection, we recommend that you first remove the folder of Canvas Guild prints. This is due to the complexity of the Guild Canvas pricing model. Please note, if you are importing this collection for the first time, these steps are not required:
- Go to the top menu, Products > Product & Pricing Manager.
- Select the Prints tab.
- Locate and delete the folder named "Canvas (Guild)."

- Once the Canvas folder has been removed, you can import the updated Guild Canvas Collection.
Ordering Prints Without a Frame
- When you select your presentation option, choose Standard Canvas Print No Frame.
- Do not add a frame to a print utilizing this presentation option. Pricing will be incorrect.
Ordering Prints With a Frame
- When you select your presentation option, choose Framed Canvas Print.
- You can add a frame to a print with this presentation option, and the pricing will be accurate.
Sizing and Cropping Images
Guild offers sizes up to 48" x 99". Common ratios are pre-configured in ProSelect. This includes common standard sizes, as well as square and panoramic. These common ratios are shown by default in Working with Rooms.

- Right-click on the Previous/Next Size tool
. - All of the available sizes will be listed.
- Click on the disclosure arrows to reveal Pano, Square, and Non-Standard Sizes.
Crop an Image at a Custom Ratio
Follow these steps to crop an image to a custom ratio.
- Select the image in Working with Images. *Ensure your Presentation Option is "Standard Canvas Print No Frame" or "Framed Canvas Print".
- Tap the C key or click on the Cropping view button.
- Hold the OptionAlt key while cropping to unlock ratios.
- After the desired crop is reached, click the Lock Crop Ratio tool
. - You will notice the teal crop lines turn red when locked. Tap the C key again to exit Cropping view.
- Add the image to a room or use Select Size View.
- Right-click on the Previous/Next Size tool
. - Use the Up and Down Arrow Keys to scroll through size options, or select one from the list. *the size adjusts based on the longest side and crop ratio.
- Once your size is selected, we must adjust the short dimension. Tap the C key to re-enter Cropping view.
- Drag the center crop handles, adjusting the short dimension. The handles will snap to the nearest 0.5".
- We now know the print size and have chosen the correct paper size to match it.
