Hangs while printing on Mac OSX 10.4 (after update)
We have found that in some circumstances, printing a report would hang ProSelect. This occurred after installing an operating system update. It seems that there was a problem with the saved printer setup and the new version of Mac OSX.

The solution was to get rid of the saved setup by deleting ProSelect's preferences file. This is called "ProSelect Prefs" and it is stored in
Your Home Account -> Library -> Preferences.

If you do this then:
  1. make sure ProSelect is NOT running before you delete the file.
  2. have your registration details ready because you will need to re-enter them.
  3. your prices and templates will still be there because they are stored in another file.
  4. when you start ProSelect again, select Page Setup (under the File menu) so this is correctly updated.
  5. since all preferences will be set to default, you will need to set them up again.
