Saving Images with Vignette

ProSelect can automatically add a vignette effect to your images for your presentations. This is turned off or on under the Album Menu. This effect can also be applied to both exported low resolution and high-resolution images.

Exporting Low Resolution Images with Vignette

  1. Choose Export Sample Images (under the File menu)
  2. Check the Vignette Box under Include Effects

Exporting High-Resolution Images with Vignette

  1. You need to Order all the images that you wish to export at the size that you want.
  2. In Setup Production (under the Production menu), select Style Options (tab) &  choose the Production Vignette Setup settings you wish to have set.
  3. Click the Save button
  4. Run Production on all the images

Notes:
The type if vignette applied is different for each process. The Low Res version is based on what you have selected in the Preferences (under the Image Effects tab).  The High Res version is as set in Setup Production. If you export the High-Res files in layered Photoshop  format, the vignette will be placed on a separate layer which you can then fine tune in Photoshop if you like.

Printing Proofsheets also allows you to include the low-res version of the vignette on each image.
