Error Reporting - Helping us fix any issues
If you encounter any error messages or odd behaviour when using ProSelect, we would appreciate you letting us know. We are keen to fix all problems, but to do so we need to be able to reproduce them under the same setup.
You can contact us by submitting a Support Ticket through our Support Resources (under the Support menu on the Prostudio Software.com website), this
So when you send details, please include the following information:
- ProSelect version being used
- Operating System and version being used (eg Windows XP with Service Pack 2, Windows 7, Mac OS10.5 etc.)
- The error message.
- If it is reproducable, please explain what we need to do to make it happen.
