"The saved orders are not correctly formatted.." message
If you are receive a message which says "The saved orders are not correctly formatted for this program version. None of the previous orders can be loaded", then this can happening because:
Another reason might be that you have done a "Prepare Book from Layouts" then deleted one of the layouts. The error occurred because it couldn't find the missing layout. In this case, do the following:
If you are loading a album created with a earlier version of ProSelect
There is a problem with some of the Album's order data and it can't be read by the new version. In this case the only option is to download a copy of an earlier version of ProSelect and try to open then album using that version.
If you are loading a album created with the SAME version of ProSelect
Another reason might be that you have done a "Prepare Book from Layouts" then deleted one of the layouts. The error occurred because it couldn't find the missing layout. In this case, do the following:- Remove all pages from production by doing a "Remove All Book Pages" (under the Production menu)
- Select all your book pages and add them to production again using "Prepare Book from Layouts".
