Ordering with missing images error message

If you get a "Cannot order with missing images" error message, this means that you have not dropped an image into one or more of the openings in the template. All openings must contain an image before you order, and if you can't see one, checking that you don't have an opening hidden behind another.

It may also be that you have your background set as an image. So for example, the software thinks you have the 3 main images plus the 4th which is the background. Go into "Edit Templates" and delete the background image.


Hint:
Some templates in our Shared Template Library may have an opening hidden behind another, so worth checking if you use any of these.
