I get a message when entering my email address saying I don't own any Products, but I do!

If you receive a message while trying to log in to ProStudioSoftware.com saying that you don't own any products, then this is due to the email address you are entering not being the same as the one you registered for your Member account.  The registered email  holds your existing ProSelect details.

  • Please check that you are not entering an erroneous email address (this may be saved in your browser also, so best retype it in full)
  • If you can't remember or no longer have access to the email address that you used to register the product or service, then please submit a  Support Ticket though Support Resources with the following details you registered with.
    1. Business name
    2. Registered Product/Service details (e.g. ProSelect version, registration key)
    3. Month and Year of purchase
    4. Where you purchased (ProStudio Software Store or at an event - and which event if so)
    5. Your old and new email addresses
