Your ProSelect Upgrade & Support (PLUS) extension cost is based on the number of users on your ProSelect license you hold at the time you purchased your extension option and does NOT increase at the time of purchasing an additional user for your ProSelect license.

Be sure you are logged into your account. When upgrading your ProSelect PRO version or extending PLUS, the best price and value option is automatically calculated. PLUS extensions and Upgrades are renewed for 12 months.

PLUS and Additional Users

If you move from owning a ProSelect license with Single User, to a

• ProSelect with Two User license - your PLUS extension cost will NOT be effected at the time you extend.
• ProSelect with Three or more User license - your PLUS extension cost WILL increase at the time you extend.

If you move from owning a ProSelect license with Two Users, to a

• ProSelect with Three or more User license - your PLUS extension cost WILL increase at the time you extend.

If you already own a ProSelect license with Three Users, your PLUS extension cost will NOT be effected.

Older ProSelect licenses

If you currently own a very old ProSelect license, then you may need to upgrade to the current ProSelect version before you can purchase Additional Users for your license. This can be done at the same time as upgrading through the ProStudio Software Store.
