Is my Support Program effected if I change up to ProSelect Pro?

Purchasing extra users for your ProSelect license or other features such as changing from ProSelect to ProSelect Pro adds the extra functionality to the version of ProSelect that you are licensed to use. 

  1. If your Upgrades & Support (SUPPORTPlus) has not expired, then this will be for the latest version available.
  2. If your Upgrade & Support (SUPPORTPlus) has expired and you wish to use the latest ProSelect software version, then you can optionally Upgrade to the new version at the same time (see the "Upgrades & Support - Existing Users" section on the Policies page for upgrade details).
  3. If you are a current ProSelect v3 or earlier license holder, then please see this article.


PLEASE NOTE: 

Your ProSelect license NEVER expires for any one of the ProSelect software versions released during your Upgrade & Support (SUPPORTPlus) access.
