Matt area is small or Style only shows in part

Style not Displaying in Full

If the installed double matt (or one you have designed) only shows a sliver of matting around an image, then this is because ProSelect's default styles assume you have some matt around the opening in your template design (eg Rectangular 1_1).

So if you are using a template design that has the opening as the full size of the template (eg no initial mat showing), then an example of another way of showing a Matt is to create and use a style (under Edit Styles) with something like the following:

Border 1: Bevel
Border 2: Keyline , Width: 1
Border 3: Bevel
Border 4: Keyline , Width: 3

Note: Max width of a keyline is 5" (127mm), so if you are needing a greater width keyline, then simply add two keylines together.

Matt is too small (or large)

Also remember that the matting/style size should suit the layout size (print size). So for example if you can hardly see anything around a large image, this is because the matting size is too small for the layout size (print size).

All Style sizes are absolute which means they do not change size when applied to a layout that is being scaled to different sizes. (ie This ensures the same size of any style borders that you have set for any size layout).
