If you wish to print low res copies of ordered images or layouts that are shown in an Order Report/Invoice, then the following steps will assist you with this.

You can move or duplicate your ordered images or layouts into a different Set, then use Print Proof Sheet to print the Selected Set only.

For Ordered Images:

1. Under View Menu ---> Show Thumbnail Tags
2. Under Album menu --> Sorted Album Images by : Ordered
3. In "Working with Images" and "Thumbnail View", select the ordered Images (the ones with the shopping cart tag)
4. Alt/Option Drag onto an empty Set to make duplicates into that Set
5. Select that Set
6. Under File menu, choose Print Proof Sheets  --> Images

For Ordered Layouts:

1. In "Working with Layout' and "Thumbnail View", select the ordered Layouts (the ones with the shopping cart tag)
2. Alt/Option Drag onto an empty Set to make duplicates into that Set
3. Select that Set
4. Under File menu, choose Print Proof Sheets  --> Layouts

For Books:

1. In "Working with Books", choose Print Proof Sheet --> Book Pages (under File menu).  Then select the book you wish to print.
2. Or alternatively choose "Print Book Report" (under File menu). Note: You don't have the option to adjust the image size for this print option but offers large book page images per printed page.
