Slideshow finishes where started

When you exit a slideshow, the view that appears will be of whereever your were when you started the slideshow. This provides flexibity on what you wish your client to see (in older versions of ProSelect, it would simply display the first slide image).

Remeber this is only when you exit the Slideshow.  You can optionally set your slideshow style to pause on the last slide (as you can with pausing on the first slide). If you are not sure about these features, please see the ProSelect Reference Manual for more on these slideshow options. You will find these in Slideshow Styles --> Advanced options.

Hints:

  • When in 'Working with Slideshow", if you double click on the first image slide (or Album set) of your slideshow, it shows that image in "Preview Slideshow Slides" View (the eyeball). When you start the slideshow from there, it will end there.
  • If you are using two screens and Mirror Display Area, then you can optionally turn off showing Thumbnail View on the second screen (in Preferences --> Display --> Calibration & options -> Display Mirroring --> Hide thumbnail View). That way the slideshow will exit with a blank screen.
