How do I send a Room Design to my client (or include in Slideshow).

If you wish to send a Room Design image to your client, then this can be done a couple of ways:

Export a sample Room Design

You can export low resolution copies of your room designs by first selecting the ones* that you wish to export in Thumbnail view ("Working with Rooms" mode). Then use the Export --> Selected Room Images command (under File menu). You can select size, which effects are added to the exported images and also if any applied frames are to be included and more. For more on this option, please see the "Sample Images, Layouts, Rooms & Lists" page in the ProSelect Reference Manual (quick access under the Help menu in ProSelect).

In an Exported Slideshow (and slideshow run in ProSelect also)

Any slideshow that you setup in "Working with Slideshows" can also be exported as a fully rendered .mp4 movie ready to be uploaded to Facebook, YouTube, your blog or provided/sold to your clients in compact format or up to  HD quality. This area of ProSelect is used to design, play and export fully customized slideshows containing any mix of images, layouts, room designs, book pages, title slides. For more on this option, please see the "Using Working with Slideshows" pages in the ProSelect Reference Manual (quick access under the Help menu in ProSelect).

There is also a Webinar recording and short Demo movies on the Slideshow feature (under the Training menu on the TimeExposure web site).

In ProSelect v2012r2 and earlier

If you wish to send a Room Design image (or include it in a slideshow), then you can do this by exporting the image (clicking the Screen Shot icon in the right-hand toolbar or choose File --> Export --> Current Display Area Image)

If wishing to use the exported image in a slideshow, then simply re-import the image back into your ProSelect album file.*

Hint: To get the best results you should set your ProSelect window size to full screen and export them from that size.

If using a Mac, you could alternatively use Mac's screen grab function Command-Shift-4 then select the area to be saved. Depending on your system set up this may save them as .pdf file (good for emailing the image), which would need to be converted to jpg, tiff or psd file format before being re-imported back into ProSelect for a slideshow.

Note*
In ProSelect Pro, when in Working with Rooms, you can design and save an unlimited number of Room Designs in each album prior to export. In ProSelect (basic), you can save one Room Design per album.
