We’re excited about your Mentor Session
this is going to be great!

Important: CHECK YOUR EMAIL MEETING LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS.

During this 60 minute session, we'll present to you key highlights for using ProSelect, then we'll work right on your machine getting you started on your first ProSelect presentation.

Since time is limited, it's important that several things be in place and ready to go, so please review the following list.

Preparing for your session

  • Have ProSelect 2022r1.8 (the latest version) installed on your computer and confirm it is running in trial mode unless it is already registered.
  • Check that you have selected to trial the "Pro" version. If you are not sure, see this article about how to check and/or change this.
  • Have Photoshop C6 or newer installed and operating on your computer.
  • Have a folder on your Desktop with about 15-20 images:
    • Include a jpeg and raw file of each image both in the same folder.
    • Images should not be cropped.
    • Images should only have basic adjustments applied, no special effects.
  • Download the following Mentor Session File and move it to your desktop:

Note: If you are not already logged into the your ProStudioSoftware.com account you will need to enter your email address and password.

Prior to your mentoring session

  1. Restart your computer.
  2. Have the meeting login information available - this is in your confirmation emails.
  3. Open ProSelect.
  4. Open Photoshop without any images open.
  5. Open your web browser.
  6. Have your cell phone handy. Please reply "I'll be there" to your text message.
  7. Confirm the images folder and the downloaded Mentor Session File is on your Desktop.
  8. About five minutes prior to your scheduled time, start the login process. You may need to download a small program applet. If you have a microphone and speakers on your computer, you can probably use those. We also provide a call in number to use a phone if that works better for you.
  9. Make sure you have scheduled a dedicated time without distractions.

We look forward to meeting you online!
